We remind you of outstanding bills on behalf of our customers and take care of all communication and payment processing. In addition to our office in Berlin, we work together with other debt collection agencies worldwide.

myDebito is a brand of EUROSOLVENT Inkasso GmbH & Co. KG and serves as an online platform for the digital processing of questions and payments in connection with outstanding bills.

The bill may be for treatment by a paramedic or doctor at the scene of an accident or for transport to a hospital in Germany, for example. You will find more detailed information on your bill. 

If you have not received a bill, you are welcome to contact us via our chatline and we will resend it to you. 

If you are insured within the EU, you have the following options:

1. If you have a European Insurance Card, please send us a copy of it. You are also welcome to contact us quickly and easily via WhatsApp. The payment is then made with your insurance company 

   

2. Otherwise, you can also request a provisional replacement certificate from your insurance company. You will receive this if your insurance covers the payment. Please send us the issued replacement certificate. 

3. If you have taken out travel insurance abroad, please clarify this with your insurance company. If the insurance company refuses to pay, you will have to pay the costs from our client yourself. 

You can pay quickly and conveniently directly by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer via myDebito.

We will receive a confirmation immediately after your payment has been completed. Should the total amount be paid in full, the file will be closed immediately and the client will of course be informed of this.
